As a notary, it is important that I examine the identification that is provided to ensure that you are indeed the person that is present. Every effort will be made to ensure that no fraudulent activity takes place.

ID Options: Driver's License, State Issued ID, U.S. Passport, Foreign Passport with US Citizenship Bureau stamp Military ID, State, County, Local Government IDs, Permanent resident card, Inmate ID issued by State Department of Corrections, and Inmate ID issued by county sheriff are the only acceptable forms of identification.

If you are unable to produce the forms of ID listed above, an acceptable ID MUST : Be issued by a government agency, has a picture of the card holder, signature and ID number.

Identification must be current.

To ensure that everyone remains safe during the COVID pandemic, TG's Mobile Notary will follow the precautions below:

• Hand sanitizer will be provided and is highly encouraged..

• Pens will be provided if needed but no pens will be shared.

• If you experiencing ANY COVID symptoms or have been exposed to someone that is positive, please inform me as soon as possible so that the appointment can be rescheduled.

Mileage rates are calculated as follows:

Local = $10.00

Up to 10 miles = $25.00

11-26 miles = $35.00

27 miles and up = $45.00
